Volvo Penta is looking for a Service Engineer to support our Marine customers

In this role you are close to the customer, helping them succeed, and your main job is to secure fast and qualitative technical support for our Marine Customers in Finland and Baltic. You support OEMs and develop valuable support to our dealer network.
The technical support includes mechanical support as well as electronics support. It is especially valuable to have the interest and knowledge within the electronics field.
We build life cycle relations with our customers and want to ensure the whole Volvo Penta experience is as good as it gets for our customer. This means we also put effort in handling possible issues with our products and services. In this role you will be supporting issue resolving in your field of expertise and that requires some travelling mainly within Finland, Baltic, Sweden, Norway and Denmark.

• Technical education Bachelor of Science or gained equivalent experience
• Skilled in mechanics and/or electronics
• Knowledge in diagnostic tools and software
• Knowledge of engine engineering
• Swedish and English written and spoken is a must
• Aftermarket business experience is an advantage
• Negotiation skills
• Action minded, fast paced but target oriented
• Good business instinct which helps you perform well
